Vegetarian tacos.

  Vegetarian tacos. This recipe proves that vegetarian recipes are not only healthy, but also delicious. You can vary the filling according to your taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 corn baskets 2. 1 avocado 3. 1 red onion 4. canned corn 5. 1 tablespoon cilantro 6. 4 cherry tomatoes 7. 3 eggs 8. 3/4 cup chinese cabbage 9. Salt and pepper Instructions: If you use tortillas heat the pan and fry the tortillas for about 20 seconds on each side. Set aside. I used special baskets for tacos from the store. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and scramble them. Pour eggs into the same pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry until desired consistency. Finely chop all other ingredients and put them in tortillas. (Don't forget the eggs too) Enjoy your meal!

Pasta with Chicken.

  Pasta with Chicken. You can never go wrong with pasta. Everyone will love this quick recipe. This recipe is great for those who don't have much time. Especially suitable for parents. For Chicken: 1. 400g (14 oz) chicken breast fillets 2. 1 cup cream 3. 300g (10 oz) pasta 4. 500g (17 oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 6. 300g (10 oz) spinach 7. 1 leek 8. 1 teaspoon smoked chili powder 9. 3 cloves garlic  10. 1 onion  11. 1/2 cup chicken stock 12. 2 tablespoons parsley 13. Olive oil 14. 2 tablespoons butter Instructions: Season the chicken with salt, pepper and smoked chili. Then heat the pan and fry the chicken until browned. Remove from pan and allow to cool and then slice. Put the pasta in boiling salted water and drain it when it boils. Take a pan and add butter, leek, onion, champignons when it is fried add garlic. Pour the chicken stock, add the chopped chicken and cook for about 4 minutes. After that, pour cream, add spinach. Boil for a few minutes. Add cooked, drained past

  Pumpkin bread. This bread is moist, savory and very tasty. And the recipe is extremely easy. It's a comforting, cozy meal that will take you back to the memories. Ingredients: 1. 600g pumpkin puree 2. 3 cups flour 3. 1 cup (if you don't want it sweet, add half a cup) sugar 4. 2 teaspoons baking powder 5. a pinch salt  6. 4 eggs 7. 1/2 cup oil 8. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 9. 2 teaspoons cinnamon 10. 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar 11. 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 13. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 14. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F). When the oven heats up bake the pumpkin about 40 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and let it cool. Take a large bowl and add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. Take another medium-sized bowl and mix eggs, sugar, salt in it.   Salmon and Avocado Sandwich. A great breakfast recipe that will set you up for a good day. Not only healthy, but also colorful and appetizing. Ingredients: 1. Avocado 2. Salmon 3. 2 tablespoons spread 4. 1 tablespoon dill 5. Salt and pepper 6. Bread Instructions: Spread the spread on the bread, add the avocado slices and the salmon. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and dill. Enjoy!

Pumpkin soup.

  Pumpkin soup. When the weather cools down, there's nothing better then a bowl of soup. Especially when the recipe is so easy you can't fail. Ingredients: 1. 400g (14oz) chicken fillet 2. 600g (21oz) pumpkin 3. 2 onions 4. 1 carrot 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 800g (28oz) pumpkin 7. 200ml (7oz) cream 8. 1l water 9. Salt and pepper 10. 1 potato 11. 2 tablespoons butter 12. Few bay leaves 13. 3 tablespoons spring onions Instructions: Pour a liter of water into the pot and add the washed chicken, pepper, salt, one uncut onion, bay leaves and two cloves of garlic. Cook for about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth and strain the broth. Melt butter in a clean pot and add chopped carrot and potato. When it is slightly fried, add the cubed pumpkin. Also cut the remaining garlic and onions and fry them until translucent. Pour the reserved broth into the pot with the fried vegetables.   Shakshuka. A wonderful Israel scrambled eggs recipe. This food is not only healthy, but also very tasty. Try it out! Ingredients: 1. 1 onion 2. 1 red pepper 3. 3 garlic cloves 4. 6 eggs 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 peeled tomatoes 7. 3 tablespoons  8. half tablespoon chili powder 9. 1 tablespoon paprika 10. 1 bunch parsley and cilantro (chopped) 11. 2 tablespoons olive oil 12. 1 tablespoon cumin Instructions: Heat the pan and add peppers with an onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Then add garlic and fry for a few minutes. Pour a can of tomatoes with juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes. Season with your favorite spices (salt, pepper and cumin). Make holes with a spoon and put the eggs in them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle parsley and cilantro on top. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients: 1. 4 square bread 2. 1 tomato 3. cheese 4. spread curd 5. ham 6. lettuce 7. cucumber Instructions: Toast the bread and spread the curd. Put cheese on bread, ham, washed lettuce, chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Spread the curd on another slice and place on top.
