Salmon in a bag.

  Salmon in a bag. This dish is suitable for both everyday and gourmet dinner. Try it and you won't regret it. For Salmon: 1. 4 salmon steaks 2. 3 tablespoons fish spice 3. Olive oil 4. 4 red onions 5. Salt and pepper 6. 5 potatoes 7. 16 asparagus  8. 4 slices of lemon 9. 4 branches dill For Sauce: 1. 3 tablespoons dill 2. 3 tablespoons cheese 3. 200g heavy cream 4. 3 garlic cloves  5. 1 tablespoon butter Instructions: Heat the oven to 180C (350F). Take a pot and boil potatoes in it. Wash the salmon, check for scales and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the boiled and red onion into small cubes. Cut off the inedible ends of asparagus. Take the baking paper, fold the edges like boats and tie the sides with a woolen string. Add the salmon, potatoes and onions to the boat. Sprinkle the salmon with your favorite seasonings. Place a slice of lemon on each piece of salmon and a sprig of dill on it. And cross the asparagus on top. Place in the oven. Now we make the sauce: melt butter in

  Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries. A very simple recipe, but the result will exceed expectations. When the crispiness of the dough meets the softness of the filling, there is unique taste. Ingredients: 1. 1 cup blueberries 2. 3 tablespoons condensed milk 3. 400g (14 oz) puff pastry  4. 1 egg 5. 200g (7 oz) cream cheese Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Mix cream cheese with condensed milk. Cut the puff pastry into squares, fold it in half and cut the edges, fold back and fold the cut edges in different directions. Beat the egg and coat the dough. Put the mixed filling in the middle of the pastries. Then put as many blueberries as you want on top of the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven. Bon appetite!

Vegetarian tacos.

Ingredients: 1. 2 corn baskets 2. 1 avocado 3. 1 red onion 4. canned corn 5. 1 tablespoon cilantro 6. 4 cherry tomatoes 7. 3 eggs 8. 3/4 cup chinese cabbage 9. Salt and pepper Instructions: If you use tortillas heat the pan and fry the tortillas for about 20 seconds on each side. Set aside. I used special baskets for tacos from the store. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and scramble them. Pour eggs into the same pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry until desired consistency. Finely chop all other ingredients and put them in tortillas. (Don't forget the eggs too) Enjoy your meal!

  Pumpkin bread. This bread is moist, savory and very tasty. And the recipe is extremely easy. It's a comforting, cozy meal that will take you back to the memories. Ingredients: 1. 600g pumpkin puree 2. 3 cups flour 3. 1 cup (if you don't want it sweet, add half a cup) sugar 4. 2 teaspoons baking powder 5. a pinch salt  6. 4 eggs 7. 1/2 cup oil 8. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 9. 2 teaspoons cinnamon 10. 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar 11. 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 13. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 14. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F). When the oven heats up bake the pumpkin about 40 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and let it cool. Take a large bowl and add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. Take another medium-sized bowl and mix eggs, sugar, salt in it. Salmon 3. 2 tablespoons spread 4. 1 tablespoon dill 5. Salt and pepper 6. Bread Instructions: Spread the spread on the bread, add the avocado slices and the salmon. Pumpkin soup.

  Pumpkin soup. When the weather cools down, there's nothing better then a bowl of soup. Especially when the recipe is so easy you can't fail. Ingredients: 1. 400g (14oz) chicken fillet 2. 600g (21oz) pumpkin 3. 2 onions 4. 1 carrot 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 800g (28oz) pumpkin 7. 200ml (7oz) cream 8. 1l water 9. Salt and pepper 10. 1 potato 11. 2 tablespoons butter 12. Few bay leaves 13. 3 tablespoons spring onions Instructions: Pour a liter of water into the pot and add the washed chicken, pepper, salt, one uncut onion, bay leaves and two cloves of garlic. Cook for about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth and strain the broth. Melt butter in a clean pot and add chopped carrot and potato. When it is slightly fried, add the cubed pumpkin. Also cut the remaining garlic and onions and fry them until translucent. Pour the reserved broth into the pot with the fried vegetables. And you don’t need a lot of ingredients. For Chicken: 1. 1 1/2 lbs chicken (breast fillets, wings or drum sticks) 2. 3 tablespoons sesame seeds 3. Vegetable oil for frying 4. 1/2 cup cornstarch 5. Salt and pepper For Sauce: 1. 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce 2. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 3. 3 tablespoons sugar To Serve: 1. Boiled rice Instructions: Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot. Dredge the chicken in the cornflour. Add to the wok and cook on a high heat for 6-7 minutes. Add all of the sauce ingredients to the hot wok and stir. Serve with boiled rice and top with sesame seeds.

  Easy potato bake. This bake is mouthwatering. It will take some time, but it will be worth it. It will appeal even to children who do not like to eat a lot of vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 1,5kg (52oz) potatoes (boiled) 2. A handful parsley and dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. 500g (17oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 1. 2 carrots 2. 500g (17oz) farce (I used pork) 3. 300ml (10oz) cream 9. 2 onions 10. 2 tablespoons spices for meat 11. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the cooled boiled potatoes into slices. Also cut mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic. Heat a pan and fry the carrots until soft. Then add one onion and garlic. When everything is a little baked add minced meat. In another pan fry another onion, add mushrooms. When everything is roasted add cream, chopped parsley and dill. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). Put baking paper in the baking tin. Put a layer of potatoes, then minced meat, potatoes again and finally mushrooms layer. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. You can decorate with dil

  Pizza with Champignons. Who may not like a pizza. I adore home-baked pizza because you can put whatever you want on it, more precisely what's left in the fridge. Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup flour 2.  1 tablespoon tomato paste 3.    2 tablespoons basil 4. 1 egg 5. 100g (3oz) mozzarella 6. 5g (0.17oz) yeast  7. s pices for pizza 8. 2 tablespoons sugar 9. 3 tablespoons olive oil 10. 300g (10oz) champignons 11. 70g (2oz) parmesan cheese Instructions: Prepare the dough. Wipe the yeast with sugar and a half glass of warm water. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and add the released yeast. Beat in the egg, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little warm water, knead the dough. The dough should be soft but not stick to the hands. Knead the dough into a ball and leave for an hour warm to rise. When the dough rises, roll out a 5-7mm thick round sheet. spread the sheet with oil and tomato paste.   Soup with Chicken. This soup will warm up the harsh evening. Fabulous taste, light, but full. Also suitable for children who do not like vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 300g (10oz) chicken thighs 2. 1 carrot 3. 1 onion 4. 1 sweet pepper 5. basil 6. 2 scallions 7. 1 lemon 8. 200ml (6oz) coconut milk 9. 500ml (16oz) chicken broth 10. 2 tablespoons chicken spices with curry Instructions: Cut the carrot, onion and paprika until everything is soft. H eat the pot covered in oil and add the chopped vegetables, chicken and spices. Fry until everything is browned. Pour the hot broth into the pot and boil for about ten minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and chop it. Scoop out half of the soup and blend it with blender. Pour the blended soup back into the pot. Add the coconut milk and simmer briefly for a few minutes. Season with lemon juice. Garnish with scallions and basil. Enjoy it!

Ingredients: 1. 800g (28oz) beef 2. 3 tablespoons flour 3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil  4. 1 onion 5. 3 cloves garlic 6. 3 carrots 7. 500g (17oz) potatoes 8. 1l (33oz) beef broth 9. 100ml (3oz) red wine 10. 2 tablespoons tomato puree 11. 3 twigs thyme 12. 2 bay leaves Instructions: Put the diced beef in a large plastic bag with flour, tie up and shake the beef until it is rolled in all the flour (or roll it in the flour in another way). Heat the oil in a baking dish or large pan. Add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and fry another minutes. Remove the onions and garlic from the pan to the bowl. Put the floured beef in the pan. If you feel the need, you can add more oil. Roast the beef for 3-4 minutes until it is browned on all sides. Add the onions and garlic and the remaining ingredients.   Zucchini Boats. A healthy and delicious recipe that never disappoints. The recipe is available in a variety of flavors to suit everyone's taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 zucchini 2. 200g (7oz) minced meat 3. 1 bell pepper, chopped 4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic 5. 1/2 cup onion diced 6. 2 cups marinara sauce 7. 1/2 cup cheese  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill and parsley 9. Salt and pepper 10. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the zucchini in half, peel inside. Season the meat with spices, herbs and fry in a pan. Add the onion and then garlic. When the onion turns yellow, add the marinara sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Put the contents of the pan inside the zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and dill. Healthy appetite!

  Easy Quinoa Salad. This salad is a discovery for myself. I loved quinoa like never before. They are suitable to eat both alone as a side dish. Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 2. 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped in half 3. 1 lime 4. 1/2 cup arugula 5. Salt and pepper 6. 1/2 cup red onion 7. Mint 8. 2 ripe avocados Instructions: In a medium bowl stir together cooked quinoa, avocados, chopped tomatoes and onion. Season with lime, salt and pepper. Decorate with arugula and mint.

  Meatballs with Pasta. I call it comfort food. And I make it when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. Not very fast, but definitely worth a look. For meatballs: 1.  Farce 500g (17.60 oz) (I use pork) 2. 2 eggs 3. 100g (3.50 oz) cheese 4. 1 onion, chopped 5. 1/2 tablespoon oatmeal 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper 10. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil For Sauce: 1. 1 onion 2. 3 cloves garlic 3. 2 tablespoons dried oregano, basil and tarragon 4. 3 tablespoons dill, sliced 5. 400g (14.10oz) tin tomatoes 6. Salt and pepper 7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Instructions: Heat a pan and add the oil and onion. Fry until translucent. Add the garlic, continue to cook for 2 minutes until aromatic, then add the dried herbs and tomatoes. Bring the sauce to a simmer, reduce the heat and simmer gently while you make the meatballs.   Potato fritters. These are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These fritters are loved by both young and old. For fritters: 1. 10 potatoes  2. 2 eggs 3. 1 onion, chopped 4. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano 5. Salt and pepper 6. Vegetable oil For sauce: 1. Sour cream or Greek yogurt 2. 3 tablespoons dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. Salt and pepper Instructions: Grate the potatoes with a greater or potato greater machine. Then wrap grated potatoes with cheesecloth or kitchen towel, twist cheesecloth into a pouch and squeeze out excess liquids. Add onion, salt, pepper, spices. Beat the eggs and mix well. Heat the pan and fry on both sides. For the sauce: add yogurt and chopped dill, garlic cloves in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Simple Arancini.

  Simple Arancini. I make this recipe when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. A great snack for visiting guests or with an evening movie. Ingredients: 1. 200g (07 oz) rice 2. Vegetable oil 3. 150g (5 oz) ball mozzarella 4. 2 cloves garlic 5. 3 stripes bacon 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 teaspoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 teaspoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper For the coating: 13. 150g (5 oz) dried breadcrumbs 14. 2 large eggs 15. 150g (5 oz) plain flour Instructions: Boil the rice and leave to cool. Take a large bowl and put rice,  garlic, mozzarella, parsley,  sliced bacon, spices and mix well. Take three more bowls and beat eggs in one, flour in another, and breadcrumbs in the third. From the mass of the large bowl, form balls the size of the tennis ball. Dip each shaped ball first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. Set aside. Very delicious,easy and fast to prepare. Ingredients : 1. 4 Eggs 2. 2 tablespoons whole milk 3. 1 leek 4. 1 cucumber 5. 3 slices of ham 6. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and dill 8. Pinch of salt 9. 4 tablespoons of butter 10. 2 tablespoons pepper, oregano, tarragon, basil. Instructions : Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat . Add the leeks, garlic. Season with salt, and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until they begin to brown. Whisk the eggs, salt, and the milk together in a medium bowl until well blended. Add the remaining butter to the oil in the skillet. Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet, reduce the heat to medium low and cook stirring for 1.5 minutes. or until the eggs
