Vegetarian tacos.

  Vegetarian tacos. This recipe proves that vegetarian recipes are not only healthy, but also delicious. You can vary the filling according to your taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 corn baskets 2. 1 avocado 3. 1 red onion 4. canned corn 5. 1 tablespoon cilantro 6. 4 cherry tomatoes 7. 3 eggs 8. 3/4 cup chinese cabbage 9. Salt and pepper Instructions: If you use tortillas heat the pan and fry the tortillas for about 20 seconds on each side. Set aside. I used special baskets for tacos from the store. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and scramble them. Pour eggs into the same pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry until desired consistency. Finely chop all other ingredients and put them in tortillas. (Don't forget the eggs too) Enjoy your meal!

Salmon and Avocado Sandwich.

  Salmon and Avocado Sandwich. A great breakfast recipe that will set you up for a good day. Not only healthy, but also colorful and appetizing. Ingredients: 1. Avocado 2. Salmon 3. 2 tablespoons spread 4. 1 tablespoon dill 5. Salt and pepper 6. Bread Instructions: Spread the spread on the bread, add the avocado slices and the salmon. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and dill. Enjoy!

Shakshuka.

  Shakshuka. A wonderful Israel scrambled eggs recipe. This food is not only healthy, but also very tasty. Try it out! Ingredients: 1. 1 onion 2. 1 red pepper 3. 3 garlic cloves 4. 6 eggs 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 peeled tomatoes 7. 3 tablespoons  8. half tablespoon chili powder 9. 1 tablespoon paprika 10. 1 bunch parsley and cilantro (chopped) 11. 2 tablespoons olive oil 12. 1 tablespoon cumin Instructions: Heat the pan and add peppers with an onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Then add garlic and fry for a few minutes. Pour a can of tomatoes with juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes. Season with your favorite spices (salt, pepper and cumin). Make holes with a spoon and put the eggs in them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle parsley and cilantro on top. Bon Appetit!

Breakfast Sandwiches.

  Breakfast sandwiches. Although the name is a breakfast sandwich, this quick snack will fit in at any time. The filling can be varied to your liking. Ingredients: 1. 4 square bread 2. 1 tomato 3. cheese 4. spread curd 5. ham 6. lettuce 7. cucumber Instructions: Toast the bread and spread the curd. Put cheese on bread, ham, washed lettuce, chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Spread the curd on another slice and place on top.

Mini Crepes.

  Mini Crepes. These elegant crepes will adorn your table. This recipe is great for those who like something new. Ingredients: 1. 250ml (8.4oz) milk 2. 250ml (8.4oz) cold water 3. 2 eggs 4. 25g (0.8oz) vegetable oil 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 tablespoons sugar 7. 200g (7oz) flour 8. 150g (5.2oz) curd  9. 100g (3.5oz) cream cheese (such as Philadelphia) 10. 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar 11. a handful of huckleberries Instructions: Mix milk, water, eggs, oil, salt, sugar (2tbs) and flour in bowl. Strain the batter and leave to stand 30 minutes. The batter should be liquid. Heat a pan and add the desired amount of batter. Cut the baked pancakes with a pastry ring or a small plate. Then make the filling.  Rub the curd through a sieve and place all the rest ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put the prepared filling inside the pancakes. You can decorate with huckleberries or other desired berries. Enjoy your meal!

Shrimps with Coconut Milk and Mushrooms.

  Shrimps with coconut milk and mushrooms. This recipe is great for vegetarians and seafood lovers. Also for those who like spicy food. It is also suitable when unexpected guests get stuck, because you will prepare the dish in a short time. Ingredients: 1. 200g (7 oz) mushrooms (whatever you want) 2. 1 leek 3. 1 onion 4. 2 cloves garlic 5. salt and pepper 6. 200g (7 oz) shrimps 7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 8. 1/2 cup coconut milk 9. 1/4 cup water 10. 1 tablespoon curry Instructions: Chop mushrooms, onions, garlic and leeks. Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, chopped vegetables and fry until browned. Add the shrimps and pour in the coconut milk and water. Sprinkle with spices. Good appetite!

Healthy Smoothie.

  Healthy Smoothie. A quick and useful cocktail. Especially suitable for breakfast when you don't want to eat yet. This cocktail will help you detoxify the body. Ingredients: 1. 2 apples 2. 50g (1.7oz) spinach 3. 1 rib celery 4. 1 cucumber 5. quarter lemon 6. 3 slices pineapple 7. half avocado 8. 150g (5.2oz) ice Instructions: Peel a lemon, pineapples and apples, cut everything into fairly large pieces. Also cut the celery. Put all these ingredients in a blender and grind. Then add the remaining ingredients to the blender and grind everything to a smooth mass. Ready to enjoy!

Soup with Chicken.

  Soup with Chicken. This soup will warm up the harsh evening. Fabulous taste, light, but full. Also suitable for children who do not like vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 300g (10oz) chicken thighs 2. 1 carrot 3. 1 onion 4. 1 sweet pepper 5. basil 6. 2 scallions 7. 1 lemon 8. 200ml (6oz) coconut milk 9. 500ml (16oz) chicken broth 10. 2 tablespoons chicken spices with curry Instructions: Cut the carrot, onion and paprika until everything is soft. H eat the pot covered in oil and add the chopped vegetables, chicken and spices. Fry until everything is browned. Pour the hot broth into the pot and boil for about ten minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and chop it. Scoop out half of the soup and blend it with blender. Pour the blended soup back into the pot. Add the coconut milk and simmer briefly for a few minutes. Season with lemon juice. Garnish with scallions and basil. Enjoy it!

Zucchini Boats.

  Zucchini Boats. A healthy and delicious recipe that never disappoints. The recipe is available in a variety of flavors to suit everyone's taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 zucchini 2. 200g (7oz) minced meat 3. 1 bell pepper, chopped 4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic 5. 1/2 cup onion diced 6. 2 cups marinara sauce 7. 1/2 cup cheese  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill and parsley 9. Salt and pepper 10. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the zucchini in half, peel inside. Season the meat with spices, herbs and fry in a pan. Add the onion and then garlic. When the onion turns yellow, add the marinara sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Put the contents of the pan inside the zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and dill. Healthy appetite!

Easy Quinoa Salad.

  Easy Quinoa Salad. This salad is a discovery for myself. I loved quinoa like never before. They are suitable to eat both alone as a side dish. Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 2. 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped in half 3. 1 lime 4. 1/2 cup arugula 5. Salt and pepper 6. 1/2 cup red onion 7. Mint 8. 2 ripe avocados Instructions: In a medium bowl stir together cooked quinoa, avocados, chopped tomatoes and onion. Season with lime, salt and pepper. Decorate with arugula and mint.

Scrambled Eggs.

  Scrambled eggs. This is probably the first dish I started cooking when I was a kid. That’s why he raises sentiments. So, i f you like dishes from eggs you can try this one recipe. Very delicious,easy and fast to prepare. Ingredients : 1. 4 Eggs 2. 2 tablespoons whole milk 3. 1 leek 4. 1 cucumber 5. 3 slices of ham 6. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and dill 8. Pinch of salt 9. 4 tablespoons of butter 10. 2 tablespoons pepper, oregano, tarragon, basil. Instructions : Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat . Add the leeks, garlic. Season with salt, and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until they begin to brown. Whisk the eggs, salt, and the milk together in a medium bowl until well blended. Add the remaining butter to the oil in the skillet. Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet, reduce the heat to medium low and cook stirring for 1.5 minutes. or until the eggs
