Pasta with Chicken.

  Pasta with Chicken. You can never go wrong with pasta. Everyone will love this quick recipe. This recipe is great for those who don't have much time. Especially suitable for parents. For Chicken: 1. 400g (14 oz) chicken breast fillets 2. 1 cup cream 3. 300g (10 oz) pasta 4. 500g (17 oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 6. 300g (10 oz) spinach 7. 1 leek 8. 1 teaspoon smoked chili powder 9. 3 cloves garlic  10. 1 onion  11. 1/2 cup chicken stock 12. 2 tablespoons parsley 13. Olive oil 14. 2 tablespoons butter Instructions: Season the chicken with salt, pepper and smoked chili. Then heat the pan and fry the chicken until browned. Remove from pan and allow to cool and then slice. Put the pasta in boiling salted water and drain it when it boils. Take a pan and add butter, leek, onion, champignons when it is fried add garlic.   Pumpkin soup. When the weather cools down, there's nothing better then a bowl of soup. Especially when the recipe is so easy you can't fail. Ingredients: 1. 400g (14oz) chicken fillet 2. 600g (21oz) pumpkin 3. 2 onions 4. 1 carrot 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 800g (28oz) pumpkin 7. 200ml (7oz) cream 8. 1l water 9. Salt and pepper 10. 1 potato 11. 2 tablespoons butter 12. Few bay leaves 13. 3 tablespoons spring onions Instructions: Pour a liter of water into the pot and add the washed chicken, pepper, salt, one uncut onion, bay leaves and two cloves of garlic. Cook for about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth and strain the broth. Melt butter in a clean pot and add chopped carrot and potato. When it is slightly fried, add the cubed pumpkin. Also cut the remaining garlic and onions and fry them until translucent. Pour the reserved broth into the pot with the fried vegetables.   Crispy Sesame Chicken. The chicken is always a good idea. It's a tasty lunch treat for hearty appetites. Also, this recipe is not complicated at all, even for those who don't cook. And you don’t need a lot of ingredients. For Chicken: 1. 1 1/2 lbs chicken (breast fillets, wings or drum sticks) 2. 3 tablespoons sesame seeds 3. Vegetable oil for frying 4. 1/2 cup cornstarch 5. Salt and pepper For Sauce: 1. 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce 2. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 3. 3 tablespoons sugar To Serve: 1. Boiled rice Instructions: Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot. Dredge the chicken in the cornflour. Add to the wok and cook on a high heat for 6-7 minutes. Add all of the sauce ingredients to the hot wok and stir. Serve with boiled rice and top with sesame seeds.

Easy Potato Bake.

  Easy potato bake. This bake is mouthwatering. It will take some time, but it will be worth it. It will appeal even to children who do not like to eat a lot of vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 1,5kg (52oz) potatoes (boiled) 2. A handful parsley and dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. 500g (17oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 1. 2 carrots 2. 500g (17oz) farce (I used pork) 3. 300ml (10oz) cream 9. 2 onions 10. 2 tablespoons spices for meat 11. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the cooled boiled potatoes into slices. Also cut mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic. Heat a pan and fry the carrots until soft. Then add one onion and garlic. When everything is a little baked add minced meat. In another pan fry another onion, add mushrooms. When everything is roasted add cream, chopped parsley and dill. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). Put baking paper in the baking tin. Put a layer of potatoes, then minced meat, potatoes again and finally mushrooms layer. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. You can decorate with dil

  Rabbit Stew. This recipe is a taste bomb. A full and delicious stew that will warm up on a harsh evening. Ingredients: 1. 1kg (35oz) rabbit 2. 2 carrots 3. 2 onions 4. 2 sweet paprika 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 2 tomatoes 7. 1 tablespoon mustard 8. 1 cup wine 9. 1 tablespoon rosemary and basil 10. Salt and pepper 11. 5 tablespoons dill 12. Cabbage Instructions: Chop the rabbit and put in a pot, pour water, add salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes. While the rabbit is boiling you can prepare the vegetables. Cut carrots into rolls, onions into squares, just crush the garlic heads with a knife. Fry everything on pan with a little salt and pepper. While the vegetables are baking, you can chop the rest: sweet pepper and tomatoes. When you can nothing left to do, pour a cup of water broth over the pan- fried carrots, onions, garlic.   Beef Stew. When you want a delicious, hearty dinner, this dish is just that. It will take time, but it is definitely worth it. Ingredients: 1. 800g (28oz) beef 2. 3 tablespoons flour 3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil  4. 1 onion 5. 3 cloves garlic 6. 3 carrots 7. 500g (17oz) potatoes 8. 1l (33oz) beef broth 9. 100ml (3oz) red wine 10. 2 tablespoons tomato puree 11. 3 twigs thyme 12. 2 bay leaves Instructions: Put the diced beef in a large plastic bag with flour, tie up and shake the beef until it is rolled in all the flour (or roll it in the flour in another way). Heat the oil in a baking dish or large pan. Add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and fry another minutes. Remove the onions and garlic from the pan to the bowl. Put the floured beef in the pan. If you feel the need, you can add more oil. Roast the beef for 3-4 minutes until it is browned on all sides. Add the onions and garlic and the remaining ingredients.   Zucchini Boats. A healthy and delicious recipe that never disappoints. The recipe is available in a variety of flavors to suit everyone's taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 zucchini 2. 200g (7oz) minced meat 3. 1 bell pepper, chopped 4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic 5. 1/2 cup onion diced 6. 2 cups marinara sauce 7. 1/2 cup cheese  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill and parsley 9. Salt and pepper 10. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the zucchini in half, peel inside. Season the meat with spices, herbs and fry in a pan. Add the onion and then garlic. When the onion turns yellow, add the marinara sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Put the contents of the pan inside the zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and dill. Healthy appetite!

  Meatballs with Pasta. I call it comfort food. And I make it when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. Not very fast, but definitely worth a look. For meatballs: 1.  Farce 500g (17.60 oz) (I use pork) 2. 2 eggs 3. 100g (3.50 oz) cheese 4. 1 onion, chopped 5. 1/2 tablespoon oatmeal 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper 10. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil For Sauce: 1. 1 onion 2. 3 cloves garlic 3. 2 tablespoons dried oregano, basil and tarragon 4. 3 tablespoons dill, sliced 5. 400g (14.10oz) tin tomatoes 6. Salt and pepper 7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Instructions: Heat a pan and add the oil and onion. Fry until translucent. Add the garlic, continue to cook for 2 minutes until aromatic, then add the dried herbs and tomatoes. Bring the sauce to a simmer, reduce the heat and simmer gently while you make the meatballs.
