Easy Potato Bake.

  Easy potato bake. This bake is mouthwatering. It will take some time, but it will be worth it. It will appeal even to children who do not like to eat a lot of vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 1,5kg (52oz) potatoes (boiled) 2. A handful parsley and dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. 500g (17oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 1. 2 carrots 2. 500g (17oz) farce (I used pork) 3. 300ml (10oz) cream 9. 2 onions 10. 2 tablespoons spices for meat 11. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the cooled boiled potatoes into slices. Also cut mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic. Heat a pan and fry the carrots until soft. Then add one onion and garlic. When everything is a little baked add minced meat. In another pan fry another onion, add mushrooms. When everything is roasted add cream, chopped parsley and dill. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). Put baking paper in the baking tin. Put a layer of potatoes, then minced meat, potatoes again and finally mushrooms layer. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. You can decorate with dil

Zucchini Boats.

  Zucchini Boats. A healthy and delicious recipe that never disappoints. The recipe is available in a variety of flavors to suit everyone's taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 zucchini 2. 200g (7oz) minced meat 3. 1 bell pepper, chopped 4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic 5. 1/2 cup onion diced 6. 2 cups marinara sauce 7. 1/2 cup cheese  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill and parsley 9. Salt and pepper 10. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the zucchini in half, peel inside. Season the meat with spices, herbs and fry in a pan. Add the onion and then garlic. When the onion turns yellow, add the marinara sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Put the contents of the pan inside the zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and dill. Healthy appetite!

Meatballs with Pasta.

  Meatballs with Pasta. I call it comfort food. And I make it when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. Not very fast, but definitely worth a look. For meatballs: 1.  Farce 500g (17.60 oz) (I use pork) 2. 2 eggs 3. 100g (3.50 oz) cheese 4. 1 onion, chopped 5. 1/2 tablespoon oatmeal 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper 10. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil For Sauce: 1. 1 onion 2. 3 cloves garlic 3. 2 tablespoons dried oregano, basil and tarragon 4. 3 tablespoons dill, sliced 5. 400g (14.10oz) tin tomatoes 6. Salt and pepper 7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Instructions: Heat a pan and add the oil and onion. Fry until translucent. Add the garlic, continue to cook for 2 minutes until aromatic, then add the dried herbs and tomatoes. Bring the sauce to a simmer, reduce the heat and simmer gently while you make the meatballs.
