Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries

  Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries. A very simple recipe, but the result will exceed expectations. When the crispiness of the dough meets the softness of the filling, there is unique taste. Ingredients: 1. 1 cup blueberries 2. 3 tablespoons condensed milk 3. 400g (14 oz) puff pastry  4. 1 egg 5. 200g (7 oz) cream cheese Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Mix cream cheese with condensed milk. Cut the puff pastry into squares, fold it in half and cut the edges, fold back and fold the cut edges in different directions. Beat the egg and coat the dough. Put the mixed filling in the middle of the pastries. Then put as many blueberries as you want on top of the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven. Bon appetite!

Pumpkin bread.

  Pumpkin bread. This bread is moist, savory and very tasty. And the recipe is extremely easy. It's a comforting, cozy meal that will take you back to the memories. Ingredients: 1. 600g pumpkin puree 2. 3 cups flour 3. 1 cup (if you don't want it sweet, add half a cup) sugar 4. 2 teaspoons baking powder 5. a pinch salt  6. 4 eggs 7. 1/2 cup oil 8. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 9. 2 teaspoons cinnamon 10. 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar 11. 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 13. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 14. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F). When the oven heats up bake the pumpkin about 40 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and let it cool. Take a large bowl and add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. Take another medium-sized bowl and mix eggs, sugar, salt in it. Whisk in the cooled pumpkin and oil. Pour these wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix

Shakshuka.

  Shakshuka. A wonderful Israel scrambled eggs recipe. This food is not only healthy, but also very tasty. Try it out! Ingredients: 1. 1 onion 2. 1 red pepper 3. 3 garlic cloves 4. 6 eggs 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 peeled tomatoes 7. 3 tablespoons  8. half tablespoon chili powder 9. 1 tablespoon paprika 10. 1 bunch parsley and cilantro (chopped) 11. 2 tablespoons olive oil 12. 1 tablespoon cumin Instructions: Heat the pan and add peppers with an onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Then add garlic and fry for a few minutes. Pour a can of tomatoes with juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes. Season with your favorite spices (salt, pepper and cumin). Make holes with a spoon and put the eggs in them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle parsley and cilantro on top. Bon Appetit!

Simple Arancini.

  Simple Arancini. I make this recipe when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. A great snack for visiting guests or with an evening movie. Ingredients: 1. 200g (07 oz) rice 2. Vegetable oil 3. 150g (5 oz) ball mozzarella 4. 2 cloves garlic 5. 3 stripes bacon 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 teaspoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 teaspoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper For the coating: 13. 150g (5 oz) dried breadcrumbs 14. 2 large eggs 15. 150g (5 oz) plain flour Instructions: Boil the rice and leave to cool. Take a large bowl and put rice,  garlic, mozzarella, parsley,  sliced bacon, spices and mix well. Take three more bowls and beat eggs in one, flour in another, and breadcrumbs in the third. From the mass of the large bowl, form balls the size of the tennis ball. Dip each shaped ball first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. Set aside.   Scrambled eggs. This is probably the first dish I started cooking when I was a kid. That’s why he raises sentiments. So, i f you like dishes from eggs you can try this one recipe. Very delicious,easy and fast to prepare. Ingredients : 1. 4 Eggs 2. 2 tablespoons whole milk 3. 1 leek 4. 1 cucumber 5. 3 slices of ham 6. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and dill 8. Pinch of salt 9. 4 tablespoons of butter 10. 2 tablespoons pepper, oregano, tarragon, basil. Instructions : Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat . Add the leeks, garlic. Season with salt, and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until they begin to brown. Whisk the eggs, salt, and the milk together in a medium bowl until well blended. Add the remaining butter to the oil in the skillet. Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet, reduce the heat to medium low and cook stirring for 1.5 minutes. or until the eggs
