Vegetarian tacos.




This recipe proves that vegetarian recipes are not only healthy, but also delicious. You can vary the filling according to your taste.


Ingredients:

1. 2 corn baskets

2. 1 avocado

3. 1 red onion

4. canned corn

5. 1 tablespoon cilantro

6. 4 cherry tomatoes

7. 3 eggs

8. 3/4 cup chinese cabbage

9. Salt and pepper

Instructions:

If you use tortillas heat the pan and fry the tortillas for about 20 seconds on each side. Set aside. I used special baskets for tacos from the store. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and scramble them. Pour eggs into the same pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry until desired consistency. Finely chop all other ingredients and put them in tortillas. (Don't forget the eggs too) Enjoy your meal!
