Shakshuka.
A wonderful Israel scrambled eggs recipe. This food is not only healthy, but also very tasty. Try it out!
Ingredients:
1. 1 onion
2. 1 red pepper
3. 3 garlic cloves
4. 6 eggs
5. Salt and pepper
6. 4 peeled tomatoes
7. 3 tablespoons
8. half tablespoon chili powder
9. 1 tablespoon paprika
10. 1 bunch parsley and cilantro (chopped)
11. 2 tablespoons olive oil
12. 1 tablespoon cumin
Instructions:
Heat the pan and add peppers with an onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Then add garlic and fry for a few minutes. Pour a can of tomatoes with juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes. Season with your favorite spices (salt, pepper and cumin). Make holes with a spoon and put the eggs in them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle parsley and cilantro on top. Bon Appetit!
