Crispy Sesame Chicken.


The chicken is always a good idea. It's a tasty lunch treat for hearty appetites. Also, this recipe is not complicated at all, even for those who don't cook. And you don’t need a lot of ingredients.


For Chicken:

1. 1 1/2 lbs chicken (breast fillets, wings or drum sticks)

2. 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

3. Vegetable oil for frying

4. 1/2 cup cornstarch

5. Salt and pepper

For Sauce:

1. 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

2. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce

3. 3 tablespoons sugar

To Serve:

1. Boiled rice

Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot. Dredge the chicken in the cornflour. Add to the wok and cook on a high heat for 6-7 minutes. Add all of the sauce ingredients to the hot wok and stir. Serve with boiled rice and top with sesame seeds.
