Carrot Cake.

 

Carrot cake.




A simple but not a poor dessert. I like that this cake is not too sweet. To make the cake free of added sugar, do not add caramel.


Ingredients:

1. 1 box cake mix

2. 3 eggs

3. 2 cups grated carrots

4. 1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg

5. 1 tablespoon cinnamon

6. cup water

7. 1 jar prepared salted caramel

8. vegetable oil

9. Powdered sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 390F or 200C. Put baking paper in the baking tin and set aside. Put all the ingredients except the carrots in a bowl and mix well. Add the carrots to the mixture. Put half of the batter in a baking tin, then add the caramel. Finally, the rest of the batter. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, as long as you keep the toothpick clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a cooled cake. Enjoy!
