Easy Potato Bake.

  Easy potato bake. This bake is mouthwatering. It will take some time, but it will be worth it. It will appeal even to children who do not like to eat a lot of vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 1,5kg (52oz) potatoes (boiled) 2. A handful parsley and dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. 500g (17oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 1. 2 carrots 2. 500g (17oz) farce (I used pork) 3. 300ml (10oz) cream 9. 2 onions 10. 2 tablespoons spices for meat 11. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the cooled boiled potatoes into slices. Also cut mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic. Heat a pan and fry the carrots until soft. Then add one onion and garlic. When everything is a little baked add minced meat. In another pan fry another onion, add mushrooms. When everything is roasted add cream, chopped parsley and dill. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). Put baking paper in the baking tin. Put a layer of potatoes, then minced meat, potatoes again and finally mushrooms layer. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. You can decorate with dil

Carrot Cake.

  Carrot cake. A simple but not a poor dessert. I like that this cake is not too sweet. To make the cake free of added sugar, do not add caramel. Ingredients: 1. 1 box cake mix 2. 3 eggs 3. 2 cups grated carrots 4. 1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg 5. 1 tablespoon cinnamon 6. cup water 7. 1 jar prepared salted caramel 8. vegetable oil 9. Powdered sugar Instructions: Preheat oven to 390F or 200C. Put baking paper in the baking tin and set aside. Put all the ingredients except the carrots in a bowl and mix well. Add the carrots to the mixture. Put half of the batter in a baking tin, then add the caramel. Finally, the rest of the batter. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, as long as you keep the toothpick clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a cooled cake. Enjoy!

Mini Crepes.

  Mini Crepes. These elegant crepes will adorn your table. This recipe is great for those who like something new. Ingredients: 1. 250ml (8.4oz) milk 2. 250ml (8.4oz) cold water 3. 2 eggs 4. 25g (0.8oz) vegetable oil 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 tablespoons sugar 7. 200g (7oz) flour 8. 150g (5.2oz) curd  9. 100g (3.5oz) cream cheese (such as Philadelphia) 10. 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar 11. a handful of huckleberries Instructions: Mix milk, water, eggs, oil, salt, sugar (2tbs) and flour in bowl. Strain the batter and leave to stand 30 minutes. The batter should be liquid. Heat a pan and add the desired amount of batter. Cut the baked pancakes with a pastry ring or a small plate. Then make the filling.  Rub the curd through a sieve and place all the rest ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put the prepared filling inside the pancakes. You can decorate with huckleberries or other desired berries. Enjoy your meal!

Rabbit Stew.

  Rabbit Stew. This recipe is a taste bomb. A full and delicious stew that will warm up on a harsh evening. Ingredients: 1. 1kg (35oz) rabbit 2. 2 carrots 3. 2 onions 4. 2 sweet paprika 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 2 tomatoes 7. 1 tablespoon mustard 8. 1 cup wine 9. 1 tablespoon rosemary and basil 10. Salt and pepper 11. 5 tablespoons dill 12. Cabbage Instructions: Chop the rabbit and put in a pot, pour water, add salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes. While the rabbit is boiling you can prepare the vegetables. Cut carrots into rolls, onions into squares, just crush the garlic heads with a knife. Fry everything on pan with a little salt and pepper. While the vegetables are baking, you can chop the rest: sweet pepper and tomatoes. When you can nothing left to do, pour a cup of water broth over the pan- fried carrots, onions, garlic.   Shrimps with coconut milk and mushrooms. This recipe is great for vegetarians and seafood lovers. Also for those who like spicy food. It is also suitable when unexpected guests get stuck, because you will prepare the dish in a short time. Ingredients: 1. 200g (7 oz) mushrooms (whatever you want) 2. 1 leek 3. 1 onion 4. 2 cloves garlic 5. salt and pepper 6. 200g (7 oz) shrimps 7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 8. 1/2 cup coconut milk 9. 1/4 cup water 10. 1 tablespoon curry Instructions: Chop mushrooms, onions, garlic and leeks. Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, chopped vegetables and fry until browned. Add the shrimps and pour in the coconut milk and water. Sprinkle with spices. Good appetite!
