Potato Fritters.

 

Potato fritters.


These are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These fritters are loved by both young and old.


For fritters:

1. 10 potatoes 

2. 2 eggs

3. 1 onion, chopped

4. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano

5. Salt and pepper

6. Vegetable oil

For sauce:

1. Sour cream or Greek yogurt

2. 3 tablespoons dill

3. 3 cloves garlic

4. Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Grate the potatoes with a greater or potato greater machine. Then wrap grated potatoes with cheesecloth or kitchen towel, twist cheesecloth into a pouch and squeeze out excess liquids. Add onion, salt, pepper, spices. Beat the eggs and mix well. Heat the pan and fry on both sides. For the sauce: add yogurt and chopped dill, garlic cloves in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
