Pizza with Champignons.

Who may not like a pizza. I adore home-baked pizza because you can put whatever you want on it, more precisely what's left in the fridge.


Ingredients:

1. 1/2 cup flour

2. 1 tablespoon tomato paste

3.  2 tablespoons basil

4. 1 egg

5. 100g (3oz) mozzarella

6. 5g (0.17oz) yeast 

7. spices for pizza

8. 2 tablespoons sugar

9. 3 tablespoons olive oil

10. 300g (10oz) champignons

11. 70g (2oz) parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the dough. Wipe the yeast with sugar and a half glass of warm water. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and add the released yeast. Beat in the egg, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little warm water, knead the dough. The dough should be soft but not stick to the hands. Knead the dough into a ball and leave for an hour warm to rise. When the dough rises, roll out a 5-7mm thick round sheet. spread the sheet with oil and tomato paste. Sprinkle grated parmesan, chopped champignons and spices on top of the pizza. Finally, arrange the mozzarella pieces. Bake in a 200 degree heat oven for about 20 minutes. Garnish the baked pizza with basil leaves. Enjoy your meal!
