Healthy Smoothie.





A quick and useful cocktail. Especially suitable for breakfast when you don't want to eat yet. This cocktail will help you detoxify the body.


Ingredients:

1. 2 apples

2. 50g (1.7oz) spinach

3. 1 rib celery

4. 1 cucumber

5. quarter lemon

6. 3 slices pineapple

7. half avocado

8. 150g (5.2oz) ice

Instructions:

Peel a lemon, pineapples and apples, cut everything into fairly large pieces. Also cut the celery. Put all these ingredients in a blender and grind. Then add the remaining ingredients to the blender and grind everything to a smooth mass. Ready to enjoy!
