Healthy Smoothie.

  Healthy Smoothie. A quick and useful cocktail. Especially suitable for breakfast when you don't want to eat yet. This cocktail will help you detoxify the body. Ingredients: 1. 2 apples 2. 50g (1.7oz) spinach 3. 1 rib celery 4. 1 cucumber 5. quarter lemon 6. 3 slices pineapple 7. half avocado 8. 150g (5.2oz) ice Instructions: Peel a lemon, pineapples and apples, cut everything into fairly large pieces. Also cut the celery. Put all these ingredients in a blender and grind. Then add the remaining ingredients to the blender and grind everything to a smooth mass. Ready to enjoy!

Pizza with Champignons.

  Pizza with Champignons. Who may not like a pizza. I adore home-baked pizza because you can put whatever you want on it, more precisely what's left in the fridge. Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup flour 2.  1 tablespoon tomato paste 3.    2 tablespoons basil 4. 1 egg 5. 100g (3oz) mozzarella 6. 5g (0.17oz) yeast  7. s pices for pizza 8. 2 tablespoons sugar 9. 3 tablespoons olive oil 10. 300g (10oz) champignons 11. 70g (2oz) parmesan cheese Instructions: Prepare the dough. Wipe the yeast with sugar and a half glass of warm water. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and add the released yeast. Beat in the egg, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little warm water, knead the dough. The dough should be soft but not stick to the hands. Knead the dough into a ball and leave for an hour warm to rise. When the dough rises, roll out a 5-7mm thick round sheet. spread the sheet with oil and tomato paste. Soup with Chicken.

  Soup with Chicken. This soup will warm up the harsh evening. Fabulous taste, light, but full. Also suitable for children who do not like vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 300g (10oz) chicken thighs 2. 1 carrot 3. 1 onion 4. 1 sweet pepper 5. basil 6. 2 scallions 7. 1 lemon 8. 200ml (6oz) coconut milk 9. 500ml (16oz) chicken broth 10. 2 tablespoons chicken spices with curry Instructions: Cut the carrot, onion and paprika until everything is soft. H eat the pot covered in oil and add the chopped vegetables, chicken and spices. Fry until everything is browned. Pour the hot broth into the pot and boil for about ten minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and chop it. Scoop out half of the soup and blend it with blender. Pour the blended soup back into the pot. Add the coconut milk and simmer briefly for a few minutes. Season with lemon juice. Garnish with scallions and basil. Enjoy it!

  Beef Stew. When you want a delicious, hearty dinner, this dish is just that. It will take time, but it is definitely worth it. Ingredients: 1. 800g (28oz) beef 2. 3 tablespoons flour 3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil  4. 1 onion 5. 3 cloves garlic 6. 3 carrots 7. 500g (17oz) potatoes 8. 1l (33oz) beef broth 9. 100ml (3oz) red wine 10. 2 tablespoons tomato puree 11. 3 twigs thyme 12. 2 bay leaves Instructions: Put the diced beef in a large plastic bag with flour, tie up and shake the beef until it is rolled in all the flour (or roll it in the flour in another way). Heat the oil in a baking dish or large pan. Add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and fry another minutes. Remove the onions and garlic from the pan to the bowl. Put the floured beef in the pan. If you feel the need, you can add more oil. Roast the beef for 3-4 minutes until it is browned on all sides. Add the onions and garlic and the remaining ingredients.   Apple Crumble Pie. A simple weekend dessert. The recipe is perfect for sweet tooth. It will take time to make, but definitely be worth it. Ingredients: 1. 200g (7oz) butter 2. 2/4 cup sugar 3. 2 eggs 4. 1 teaspoon baking powder 5. 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar 6. 300g (10oz) all-purpose flour 7. 6 cups sliced apples 8. 2 teaspoons cinnamon Instructions: Peel apples, cut into medium- sized pieces. Put in a pot with butter, sugar and cinnamon.  Simmer until the apples are soft. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes while you prepare the topping. Whisk the eggs with sugar. Melt the butter and cool until poured into the egg and sugar mass. Pour in the sugar and stir again. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stirring lightly, add to the butter and egg mass. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into two parts, one larger and the other smaller. Take a baking dish and smear with a little butter. Grate the larger part with grater.   Zucchini Boats. A healthy and delicious recipe that never disappoints. The recipe is available in a variety of flavors to suit everyone's taste. Ingredients: 1. 2 zucchini 2. 200g (7oz) minced meat 3. 1 bell pepper, chopped 4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic 5. 1/2 cup onion diced 6. 2 cups marinara sauce 7. 1/2 cup cheese  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dill and parsley 9. Salt and pepper 10. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the zucchini in half, peel inside. Season the meat with spices, herbs and fry in a pan. Add the onion and then garlic. When the onion turns yellow, add the marinara sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Put the contents of the pan inside the zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and dill. Healthy appetite!

Easy Quinoa Salad.

  Easy Quinoa Salad. This salad is a discovery for myself. I loved quinoa like never before. They are suitable to eat both alone as a side dish. Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 2. 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped in half 3. 1 lime 4. 1/2 cup arugula 5. Salt and pepper 6. 1/2 cup red onion 7. Mint 8. 2 ripe avocados Instructions: In a medium bowl stir together cooked quinoa, avocados, chopped tomatoes and onion. Season with lime, salt and pepper. Decorate with arugula and mint.

Meatballs with Pasta.

  Meatballs with Pasta. I call it comfort food. And I make it when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. Not very fast, but definitely worth a look. For meatballs: 1.  Farce 500g (17.60 oz) (I use pork) 2. 2 eggs 3. 100g (3.50 oz) cheese 4. 1 onion, chopped 5. 1/2 tablespoon oatmeal 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper 10. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil For Sauce: 1. 1 onion 2. 3 cloves garlic 3. 2 tablespoons dried oregano, basil and tarragon 4. 3 tablespoons dill, sliced 5. 400g (14.10oz) tin tomatoes 6. Salt and pepper 7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Instructions: Heat a pan and add the oil and onion. Fry until translucent. Add the garlic, continue to cook for 2 minutes until aromatic, then add the dried herbs and tomatoes. Bring the sauce to a simmer, reduce the heat and simmer gently while you make the meatballs. Potato Fritters.

  Potato fritters. These are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These fritters are loved by both young and old. For fritters: 1. 10 potatoes  2. 2 eggs 3. 1 onion, chopped 4. 2 tablespoons dried basil, oregano 5. Salt and pepper 6. Vegetable oil For sauce: 1. Sour cream or Greek yogurt 2. 3 tablespoons dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. Salt and pepper Instructions: Grate the potatoes with a greater or potato greater machine. Then wrap grated potatoes with cheesecloth or kitchen towel, twist cheesecloth into a pouch and squeeze out excess liquids. Add onion, salt, pepper, spices. Beat the eggs and mix well. Heat the pan and fry on both sides. For the sauce: add yogurt and chopped dill, garlic cloves in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Simple Arancini.

  Simple Arancini. I make this recipe when I want classic food. This recipe will appeal, even to the picky. A great snack for visiting guests or with an evening movie. Ingredients: 1. 200g (07 oz) rice 2. Vegetable oil 3. 150g (5 oz) ball mozzarella 4. 2 cloves garlic 5. 3 stripes bacon 6. Parsley, sliced 7. 2 teaspoons dried basil, oregano 8. 1 teaspoon sweet pepper powder 9. Salt and pepper For the coating: 13. 150g (5 oz) dried breadcrumbs 14. 2 large eggs 15. 150g (5 oz) plain flour Instructions: Boil the rice and leave to cool. Take a large bowl and put rice,  garlic, mozzarella, parsley,  sliced bacon, spices and mix well. Take three more bowls and beat eggs in one, flour in another, and breadcrumbs in the third. From the mass of the large bowl, form balls the size of the tennis ball. Dip each shaped ball first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. Set aside.   Scrambled eggs. This is probably the first dish I started cooking when I was a kid. That’s why he raises sentiments. So, i f you like dishes from eggs you can try this one recipe. Very delicious,easy and fast to prepare. Ingredients : 1. 4 Eggs 2. 2 tablespoons whole milk 3. 1 leek 4. 1 cucumber 5. 3 slices of ham 6. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and dill 8. Pinch of salt 9. 4 tablespoons of butter 10. 2 tablespoons pepper, oregano, tarragon, basil. Instructions : Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat . Add the leeks, garlic. Season with salt, and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until they begin to brown. Whisk the eggs, salt, and the milk together in a medium bowl until well blended. Add the remaining butter to the oil in the skillet. Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet, reduce the heat to medium low and cook stirring for 1.5 minutes. or until the eggs
